• ARTWORK: If submitting any (or new) art or images, please consider the following:

  • Digital Files - Original, electronic/digital submissions are best. 600 dpi, 1-bit black & white -or- 200 dpi, 8-bit gray preferred. Any ad submitted in color will be converted to GRAY. Please DO NOT ask us to use artwork showing on, or from, a web site or email! Files ideally should be: B&W - TIFF; gray/color - PDF, AI or equivalent. Hi-resolution/size JPG are just OK.

    • Hard-copy - Submit high-quality (“PMT”), black and white, camera or scan-ready images or ads, only. Art work should be clean and crisp on white regular paper (not newspaper). Photo-copies will NOT reproduce well. Please do not fold any papers within the printed artwork! Artwork can be mailed with your payment to the PO Box address noted above, ASAP.
